1.INFORMATION WE COLLECT

(a) Information you provide:

- Account information: name, email address, password

- Profile information: phone number, date of birth, gender, address (when you complete onboarding)

- Uploaded content: photographs of rooms and any associated metadata

- Payment information: when you purchase credits, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

- Communications with us

(b) Information collected automatically:

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, search queries

- Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address

- Generated content: AI-generated visualizations produced from your inputs

(c) Information from third parties:

- If you sign in via Google, we receive basic profile information from Google as authorized by you

- Our payment processor confirms successful transactions and provides transaction references

2.HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

(a) Provide and operate the Service, including generating visualizations from your uploaded images

(b) Create and maintain your account

(c) Process credit purchases, issue receipts, and track usage

(d) Communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and customer support

(e) Improve the Service, including training and refining our AI models using aggregated and, where feasible, anonymized data

(f) Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues

(g) Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting and responding to lawful requests from authorities

(h) Analyze usage patterns in aggregated form to understand product performance and make business decisions

3.AI PROCESSING OF YOUR IMAGES

Images you upload are processed by AI systems — some operated by Rollinom and some operated by third-party AI providers — to generate visualizations. Images and generated outputs are stored on our servers and on infrastructure managed by our service providers. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect this content.

4.SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

(a) Service providers: we share data with trusted providers who operate infrastructure, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and AI services on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with this Policy.

(b) Supplier referrals: when you click a link to a supplier, you leave our Service. The supplier's privacy practices apply. We may share aggregated, non-identifying click data with suppliers for business analytics.

(c) Legal and tax requirements: we may disclose information when required by Israeli or applicable foreign law, including tax authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies.

(d) Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

(e) With your consent: in any other circumstance where you have given explicit consent.

5.DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations (including tax record-keeping requirements under Israeli law, which currently require retention of transaction records for seven years), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Generated visualizations you have created remain accessible through your account until deletion.

6.YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות), and applicable international law, you have the right to:

(a) Access the personal information we hold about you

(b) Request correction of inaccurate information

(c) Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

(d) Withdraw consent to data processing (where applicable)

(e) Object to processing for direct marketing purposes

(f) Portability of your data (where applicable)

7.COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

8.DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than Israel, including where our service providers operate. We take measures to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

10.CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

11.MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may send you service-related emails (transaction confirmations, security alerts, policy updates). You cannot opt out of these while you have an active account.

We may also send marketing emails with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting office@rollinom.com.

12.CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
