These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rollinom (the "Service"), operated by Rollinom Ltd., a company registered in the State of Israel, with offices at Shavit 8 Street, Nes Tsiona, Israel ("Rollinom", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Rollinom is an AI-powered interior visualization platform. The Service allows users to upload photographs of rooms, apply virtual representations of furniture and home goods to those photographs, and receive AI-generated visualizations suggesting how products might appear in their spaces. The Service may also provide links to third-party suppliers from whom users can purchase the depicted products.
Rollinom is a visualization and referral service. Rollinom does not sell, ship, stock, or take possession of any physical product. All transactions, purchases, shipping, returns, and product complaints are between the user and the applicable third-party supplier.
2.AI-GENERATED CONTENT; NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY
The visualizations produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximations only. The actual appearance, color, texture, dimension, and finish of any product may differ from what is shown. Users are responsible for verifying all product details, including dimensions, materials, and availability, directly with the supplier before making any purchase decision.
Rollinom makes no warranty that AI-generated images accurately represent any product, or that a product will fit in a user's physical space, match other items in that space, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
3.USER ACCOUNTS
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4.ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
(a) Upload images you do not have the right to use;
(b) Upload images containing other people's likenesses without their consent;
(c) Upload images that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, or that infringe any third party's rights;
(d) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service;
(e) Use the Service to create visualizations intended to misrepresent products or harm any party;
(f) Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit output from the Service without our express written permission;
(g) Interfere with the operation of the Service or its security features.
5.USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Rollinom a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, display, and transform that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This includes using your uploaded images as inputs to AI processing, storing generated outputs, and analyzing usage patterns in aggregated and anonymized form.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload and to grant this license.
6.AI-GENERATED OUTPUT
Visualizations generated by the Service based on your User Content ("Generated Content") are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with potential purchase decisions. Rollinom does not claim ownership of Generated Content but makes no warranty regarding its originality, uniqueness, or fitness for any purpose beyond visualization.
7.SUPPLIER LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Service includes links, information, and imagery relating to third-party suppliers and their products. Rollinom does not endorse any supplier and is not responsible for supplier practices, pricing, availability, or product quality. Your transactions with suppliers are solely between you and the supplier.
Rollinom may receive compensation when users click through to supplier sites. This does not affect the price you pay.
8.CREDITS AND PAYMENTS
8.1Credits
The Service uses a credit system. Each AI-generated visualization consumes one or more credits, based on the computational cost of the generation. Credit requirements may change over time to reflect changes in our costs or service tiers.
8.2Free credits
New users receive a limited number of free credits upon registration and, in some cases, additional free credits for completing profile information. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be refunded, and may expire after a period determined by Rollinom.
8.3Paid credits
Users may purchase additional credits through the Service. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase, including applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, subject to their own terms.
8.4Purchase confirmation and receipts
Upon successful purchase, you will receive confirmation of the transaction and a receipt (חשבונית מס) by email. Credits become available immediately after payment is confirmed.
8.5Credit use
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within your own account. Credits do not constitute a currency, do not bear interest, and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly set out in Section 8.6.
8.6Refunds and cancellation
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981), you may cancel a credit purchase within 14 days of the transaction, subject to the following:
(a) We will refund the value of any UNUSED credits remaining in your account at the time of cancellation.
(b) Credits that have already been consumed (used to generate visualizations) are not refundable — the underlying AI generation costs have already been incurred.
(c) A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply, as permitted by law.
(d) Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
To request a refund, contact office@rollinom.com with your account email and the transaction reference.
8.7Expiration
Purchased credits remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of this period with no refund. We will provide reasonable notice before credits expire.
8.8Failed generations
If a credit is consumed but the generation fails due to a fault on our side (e.g., an AI provider error), the credit will be automatically refunded to your account. Generations that fail due to user-side issues (e.g., invalid inputs) are not automatically refunded; contact support if you believe a failed generation warrants a refund.
8.9Price changes
Rollinom may change the price of credits or the credit cost of a generation at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only — credits already purchased at a prior price retain their original value.
8.10Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support may result in account suspension and is a material breach of these Terms.
9.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Service, excluding your User Content, belong to Rollinom. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its components without our written permission.
10.DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLLINOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Without limiting the foregoing, Rollinom does not warrant that:
(a) Generated Content will match any actual product;
(b) The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
(c) Any supplier linked through the Service will fulfill any transaction;
(d) Products depicted will be available, priced as shown, or suitable for any specific use.
11.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLLINOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
ROLLINOM'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROLLINOM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED ISRAELI SHEKELS (₪100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12.INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rollinom from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your User Content, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) your transactions with any supplier accessed through the Service.
13.TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, though provisions relating to ownership, liability, and indemnification survive.
If your account is terminated by us without cause (not due to your breach), we will refund the value of any unused paid credits remaining in your account.
14.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
16.MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rollinom regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
